Payment & Cancellation Policy
Due to high demand for appointments, the full visit fee is required at the time of booking:
- New Patient – Virtual Clinic Visit (60 minutes): $899
- Returning Patient – Virtual Clinic Visit (45 minutes): $675
Please note: this is the total fee for your visit. It is not a deposit, and you will not be charged again for this visit.
Cancellation policy:
- 7 or more days before your appointment: 80% refund. The remaining 20% is non-refundable to cover appointment preparation, file review, and administrative processing completed before your visit.
- Less than 7 days before your appointment, or a missed appointment: non-refundable.
